- cmd/recon.go owns reconCmd with full and list subcommands
- Wires pkg/recon.Engine.SweepAll + Dedup with ExampleSource registered
- Adds --stealth, --respect-robots (default true), --query flags
- Removes reconCmd stub from cmd/stubs.go
