**Note on low-confidence generic matches:** Generic-format Tier 2 providers (mistral, lepton, friendli, octoai, sambanova, deepinfra, etc.) also matched the same synthetic strings through their intentional `[A-Za-z0-9]{32,}` low-confidence patterns.
