fix(rtl): fix textarea padding direction in RTL
Replace physical pl-3/pr-10 with logical padding-inline-start/end so the large padding (for nav buttons) is on the correct side in RTL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
