* Update CONTRIBUTING.md

Refer to the Bellingcat global Code of Conduct

* Supercede project-specific CoC with global CoC

Delete the CoC from this repo, and refer to the global CoC

* Refer to contribution guide in README

* Use Bellingcat links in CONTRIBUTING.md
