* Keep twitter_api_archiver
* Remove unit tests for obsolete archivers
* Guess filename of media using the 'Content-Type' header
* Add mechanism to run 'expensive' tests last (see conftest.py) and also flag expensive tests to fail straight off (pytest.mark.incremental)
